HouseWork Pros is a request intake and lead-routing platform. We are not the contractor performing the work unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

No contractor guarantee

We may connect users with independent service providers. Contractors are responsible for licensing, insurance, permits, estimates, pricing, scheduling, work quality, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate request and contact information, obtain permission before submitting a property you do not own or manage, and verify any contractor before hiring.

No emergency service guarantee

Emergency requests may be prioritized, but we do not guarantee immediate response. For fire, gas leaks, electrical danger, flooding, medical emergencies, or immediate safety threats, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility provider.
