Contact Consent Disclosure

This disclosure explains the consent checkbox used when a homeowner, renter, landlord, property manager, or other property contact submits a service request through HouseWork Pros.

What the Consent Covers

If you check the consent box and submit a request, you authorize HouseWork Pros and one matched local service provider to contact you about the submitted request and related home-service needs by phone, text message, and email using the contact information you provide.

Contact may include request confirmation, follow-up questions, provider assignment information, scheduling coordination, estimate-related communication, and service-request updates. Consent is not required to buy goods or services.

Opt-Out Choices

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the email or by contacting us. You may also contact us at tj@hwpservices.com with consent or communication questions.

Consent Records

We store the consent language shown at the time of submission, checkbox response, timestamp, IP address, landing page URL, source details, and submitted request data for operational and compliance records.

Independent Providers

A matched service provider is an independent business. Providers are responsible for their own communications, legal compliance, estimates, scheduling, services, and customer relationship after receiving a request.

Urgent Situations

The platform is not an emergency service. For immediate safety issues, contact 911, your utility company, emergency services, or another appropriate emergency resource.
