How information is used

We use request details to evaluate, score, route, assign, and support home-service leads. We may also use information for security, analytics, compliance records, customer support, dispute handling, and service improvement.

Sharing

We may share request details with one or more service providers, vendors that help us operate the platform, email/SMS providers, storage providers, analytics providers, legal advisors, and authorities when required by law.

Choices

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and opt out of marketing emails using unsubscribe instructions. Transactional messages related to a request may still be sent where permitted.
