Contractors using the platform should maintain required licenses, registrations, insurance, permits, and trade qualifications for every state, city, county, and service category where they accept work.

Contractors are expected to contact customers only for the submitted request, honor opt-out requests, provide transparent estimates, follow applicable advertising and consumer protection laws, and dispute leads honestly.

The admin dashboard is structured to support contractor approval, service areas, lead assignment, disputes, credits, and quality controls before a contractor receives leads.
